Mick Morucci

Agent designer

Most organisations try to automate work nobody has properly looked at. I look first — then build the agent systems that take the repetitive share off your team.

How it works

  1. Fieldwork. I sit with the people doing the work and map how it actually happens — not how the process document says it does.
  2. The map. You get a ranked picture of where the hours go, with the automatable share quantified. Yours to keep, whatever you do next.
  3. The build. We build the agents for the top one or two workflows, and keep them running.

Why me

Trained as an anthropologist

MSc, LSE. Ethnographic method — the discipline of watching what people do rather than asking what they think they do.

I run a company on this

I'm CEO of Geyser, which operates largely on agent systems. The practice is what I already do to my own business.

I build it, not just advise

Research firms that sell workflow studies don't ship software. Agencies that ship software don't do the research.

Start with a two-week sprint

Two weeks of fieldwork in one function, ending in the map. Fixed fee. No commitment to build anything afterwards — plenty of people take the map and act on it themselves.
